Core Features

Octabox is an information management platform that serves many modular applications that interoperate with each other. Current selection includes:

Task List

Task list (often called a to-do list or a check-list) is the most common way to keep track of open and closed tasks. Add tasks in different contexts, assign due dates and share them to other people.

Notes

Documentating your thoughts is an important tool for creativity. You can add notes in a context or to other modules and also use them to converse with other people on shared items. Notes can also be viewed in whiteboard display, allowing for a graphical arrangement for more visual oriented people.

Calendar

The calendar aggregates all time related information from other modules. In addition you may enter events and meetings or import your Google Calendar schedule.

Relationship Manager

Managing business relationship is one of the most chaotic activities for small businesses and professional individuals. The relationship manager allows you to manage your contacts, assign follow up events, add tasks and write notes.

Information Dispatch

The dispatch center is a content aggregator container. Direct relevant Emails and online content to Octabox, then convert them to actionable items in the dispatch. Smart filters can be created and assigned for automating information management.

Documents and Files

Store your documents and files online at Octabox and access them from anywhere in the world. Attach files to notes, tasks and contacts or share them with other people.

Thinking and planning aid

Map your goals and plan the steps for reaching them, creating information in relevant context. Display a personal or business development map to help guide you when you need focus.

Analysis and Learning

Review completed work and compare results to plans and expectations. Implement lessons learned when considering the next project or goal.
